I've known this family for a long time and they are very reputable. Fast and friendly customer service. You can feel confident they will treat you fairly.

Sasquatch plumbing gave me multiple options for repair. I had a burst pipe under my living room floor leaking hot water. Instead of tearing up the floor they ran a Pex pipe through my old pipes. They had it fixed quickly and saved me a ton of money. I will definitely be a return customer.

Worked on A/C. Continued to on unit till a brand new bad part ,replaced with another brand new part was installed. seems to be working fine now. Thank you Baily Brothers for your diligence.

So happy I chose Gordon's. Great service started when I called. Yesterday was the hottest day of the year and our AC quit. Today I called and Steven was sent out and I told him what had happened. He knew right away what the problem was and wasted no time fixing it. He explained things as he went and also told me how Gordon's has a plan similar to a cable company, where they own and service their equipment for a monthly fee. Steven was probably only here for half an hour and took care of our problem. Thankful for the courteous and great service and professionalism. I will highly recommend Gordon's.

What I thought was going to be a quick and easy job turned out to be quite a lengthy repair. Thomas and Jay did an outstanding job, honored the original quote even though it turned out to be a much bigger task, and were very professional. I will definitely be using them in the future if needed!

The plumbers were able to respond quickly and while the water heater could have been repaired, (the drain plug had ruptured off)I was told the fix would be a “bandaid” and could eventually leak. Since my heater was several years old , I didn’t “want no trouble”, so opted for replacing it. I was in a hurry with company coming, or I would’ve taken a day to research getting one, and having one of my handyman/plumber contacts install it for me.$2200 just seems way over the top to have paid. I do appreciate their promptness though.

Most unprofessional arrogant people I've ever seen. They need to teach their drivers some manners.
