We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are professional and timely. The work was top-notch, and they explained everything to me so there were no surprises. It is hard to find a fair-priced and honest company in these industries, so I am very happy to have found such a great company. Call these guys for your next HVAC and Plumbing problems. From the first call I made requesting information and service availability to the timely manner a technician arrived was exceptional. The technician was professional, courteous, thorough and explained everything clearly and within a short period of time had my plumbing issues resolved but that wasn’t all he did. He stayed and shared with me valuable information to keep this from happening again and other preventative measures to take to care for and maintain the workings of the plumbing in and outside the home. The service call and repairs were by far more reasonable than most places I received quotes from. I would highly recommend them.

Central a/c shut down due to clogged drain (in 100+ degree weather), also turned out the old piping was incorrectly configured. Called late in the day & I requested next day service. Tech was here when expected (morning!), very professional, explained what was wrong and repairs needed, & completed repairs timely. Highly recommend!

Called late Sunday night and got a call back from Mr. Drabeck himself. He told me he would have someone call in the morning to get me on the schedule. I recieved a call at 7:45am and the technician was at my house by 8:30! He cleaned my drains and stayed to make sure everything was draining properly. He even stayed so I could double check because I was so paranoid about the drains backing up again once he left! So nice and professorial and answered all of my questions.
