We have used Jackson for over seven years and still receive the high level of service that one expects. There's no honeymoon period then bad service with this group.

We've used many plumbers for various projects, and we now always return to Edco for our plumbing needs. Edco had previously moved a sink during our master bath remodel, and they did wonderful work on that project. Recently we had issues with all 3 toilets: one needed replacing, one reset, and the last was dripping from the tank. They scheduled at a time convenient for us, and called ahead to notify that Matthew was on his way. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, was very professional, and overall was pleasant to deal with. He identified the issues and took the time to fix them correctly. He thoroughly cleaned the grout/tile area causing one of the leaks, and didn't leave a mess anywhere to clean up afterward as most contractors would. Unfortunately two days later, we noted the leaking tank was dripping again, though through no fault of Matt's as it was a different part causing a problem this time. It wasn't an urgent issue as we'd just shut the water off to it, yet Lance was immediately responsive when we called and Matt arrived within 2 hours to our house. They both apologized, which wasn't necessary, and the issue was resolved quickly. I give Edco 5 stars for professionalism, competence, and courtesy, and I'd recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are professional and timely. The work was top-notch, and they explained everything to me so there were no surprises. It is hard to find a fair-priced and honest company in these industries, so I am very happy to have found such a great company. Call these guys for your next HVAC and Plumbing problems. I am very happy with the work and price from them.

Billed 3.5 hours on a two hour job.
Then overpayed on a motor and capacitor. Total came to almost a grand for what was a simple repair. So if you want to shell out a ton of money and get gouged use this company!

I had a clogged drain pipe and a friend recommended this company. They came out promptly and on time. However, after a short amount of time of not being able to unclog my pipe, they left and I paid them $200 for what I felt was a substandard effort. The owner called me a few days later without me even asking and repeatedly apologized. Without me requesting he offered to refund my money. After refusing to receive a refund he insisted and said he'll mail me a check by the end of the week.
In a day where customer service is a thing of the past, it is refreshing to see a company that stands behind their work and takes ownership when things don't go as planned. The owner made 0 excuses and just kept repeating that my experience was unacceptable and he even offered to come run a camera for free and give me a free tune-up on my AC service. I'll 100% use them in the future and recommend them to anyone that needs the service they offer. Well done!

I called Arnold's plumbing to install a new sewer at my house. They did an high quality work at an excellent value. Justin and Zac were both incredibly polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family members in the area.
