We have used Jackson for over seven years and still receive the high level of service that one expects. There's no honeymoon period then bad service with this group.

Lance and Brent showed up on time for emergency service to repair my leaking faucet as it was leaking so much water under the cabinet. They showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and took a look and repaired my dishwasher/garbage disposal because it was also leaking. I’m glad I called EDCO and would recommend to anyone for service!

Of course we had a major plumbing problem in our new house right before the holiday and with family visiting from out of town. A Mac showed up late evening on short notice, fixed our problem quickly and for the amount quoted over the phone. Our issue was a clogged septic system and A Mac mentioned that they get several calls a week from new home owners like ourselves with the same problem. We had our house cleaned before we moved in and while they didn't say it was the cleaner's fault for the clogged system, they did say that often things that are not septic system-friendly get flushed during a new house cleaning.

The guy did not care that the ac they put in still made my house 86 degrees worse company ever on top of that the guy Jerry was unprofessional and did not want to stand on his work.

Used this company for years. Provide good service with knowledgeable techs. A little pricey but I trust them. The problem is always fixed when they leave!

My AC was not blowing cold air. We called on a Sunday night and they had someone out here the next morning at 8am. The service tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He worked quickly and didn’t try to force extra repairs. He informed me of things to be watchful of and also told me about the extra services they offer. 100% will use Triple Play in the future for my repairs.
