I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

Chris was very knowledgeable and explained the process as he went along. It didn’t take him very long to complete the job. He even put caulking around the bottom edge. There wasn’t any there before! I feel confident that I will not have to worry about repairing this again in a long time.

I had a clogged kitchen drain and called Mauro's. Javier came out a couple of hours later, fixed the problem, cleaned up perfectly and charged a very reasonable amount (about one-half of what Rooter Hero wanted!). I recommend Mauro's very highly.

Shower job was not done correctly. After plumber left I had to keep tightening the cold water stem.When the problem got to the point where tightening did not stop the drip, I called Larratt Bros. to fix it. They refused. I will never use them again. Thanks for responding. I got parts from Cal Steam where I met a plumber who worked for Larratt Bros. He gave me his business card. That how I got a hold of you. If it was possible to give zero stars we would. Phoned company on a Friday afternoon, was told by a man named Rafael that he would come out on Saturday as he was busy on another job and could not source parts if he needed them. Accepted his explanation and agreed he would come out the next day. Phoned around midday on Saturday as had not heard back from him yet. Got through to Rafael directly and he said he will call back later in the day to come out to house in the afternoon. Then complete silence. No call or explanation and no show, on either Saturday or Sunday. We had to call again on Monday to chase him, message went to voice mail. Called twice again on Tuesday and finally got through after leaving voice messages. Rafael told us he would make it out later in the day on Tuesday. No communication again. It’s Wednesday morning now. Would never trust this company or Rafael with any type of emergency. Poor communication, and non existing service. How they stay in business is absolute wonder. If COVID-19 does not kill this business, Rafael’s service surely will. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY
