Stanley was a great problem-solver and a wonderful communicator in solving a longstanding sewer problem at my 100+ year old house. We decided to replace rather than try to repair our hot water problem. Big Blue agreed to do it same day with no notice. Zack, our tech, ended up spending almost an entire day figuring out and fixing multiple surprise issues to get the job done, staying pleasant and polite the whole time. Highly recommend.

I do not generally write reviews. I am glad to do this for Sure Shot. This was the 2nd job David has done for me this year. He does excellent work. He is on time, efficient, professional. Left the area clearer than it was when he got here. I will definitely use his services again should the need arise.

I just had a fabulous experience with We Can Do It plumbing. My faucet was leaking and Carbo fixed it quickly, diagnosed a more serious problem and then fixed that one, too. They even hardcore cleaned up everything to boot. Highly recommended!

Ray is truly awesome. He has saved us multiple times now! He is very responsive and that has made all the difference for us when it's our one toilet that has broken, or when the handle for the kitchen faucet came off in my husband's hand yesterday...
Ray's skill is immediately apparent, if he fixes something, it stays fixed! He is also really efficient; I would guess he and Cory (who was also great and friendly) were in my house for maybe 30 minutes and replaced an entire faucet AND fixed a clogged drain in that time.
On top of that, Ray is a good communicator and respectful to our home - always automatically puts on shoe covers, cleans up any debris etc. Thank you, thank you, Ray, for your quick response time and your expertise. Would not hesitate to reach out to him for any plumbing woes and will recommend him to anyone!

They replaced two hot water heaters and did the plumbing on a bathroom and kitchen remodel. They did outstanding work, very nice workers, and the office staff was responsive and helpful. Mauro himself is a gem; he came out to give me an estimate for (what i thought) was replacing pipes due to a lack of water pressure and ended up fixing the problem on the spot. I would hire them again in an instant.

This is the best plumbing company with the best plumbers in the Bay Area. I have had Alligator plumbing out twice. The first time, FOUR plumbers tried to unclog our shower (basically they did nothing and could not do it). Finally Alligator plumbing came out and was able to fix the clog, no problem! I had them come out for another clog and water pressure issue and it was solved professionally and quickly. Their plumbers are so nice, respectful, and really want to help the customer. Really, look no further and use them. You won't be disappointed.

**Update: the team at JC Green reached out to me and sent someone out to correct some of the issues left behind after the original job. I am impressed and grateful for how quick they were to make sure I was happy with not only the work but how to property was left after the work was completed.**

What started as a toilet leak ended up requiring a repipe everything under the toilet since the pipes were 80+ years old and starting to fail. JC Green was able to send someone out same day to inspect, gave a fair quote, and started the work the same week.

I really appreciate how labor intensive it is to dig up the yard and be working under the house all day, and as someone without plumbing experience it appears to me that the work done was done well.

Unfortunately, my overall impression of the company is based mostly on how the property was treated and how it was left.

I expected a fair amount of dirt/mud to deal with considering the nature of the job. I didn’t expect to spend 2 hours cleaning mud off of not just the floors but also the walls, baseboards, cabinets, bathtub, doors, door frames, light switches etc.

Then I started finding trash in the yard, including one of the bolts that were replaced on the toilet (glad I found it before the lawn mower did), the caps for the bolts that weren’t put back on, and a handful of cigarette butts.

But the real sticking point for me was realizing that they dumped all the extra dirt from the job up against the house, in the center of a row of hedges, so that I can’t get to it to spread it out. So now I have a nearly 3ft pile of mud up against 80 year old bricks, where I already have issues controlling pests and moisture issues.

This is especially frustrating considering I have a number of places on the property where that dirt could have gone to use instead of becoming a problem, if only someone had asked me. I would have even transferred the dirt to my own tarp and spread it out myself later in the week.

It’s disappointing to have so much damage control to do when trusting people in your home to help solve a problem. A little extra communication and consideration could have prevented a lot of this.

My plumber who was not available found Natalie in Yelp for me. I am very satisfied with Natalie's work. She did a great job! She unclog two toilets and left my bathrooms as she found them. She was friendly, fast and professional.

Eddy is great. I've had him work on my house twice and he's coming to install windows and doors in 2 weeks.

Clean, polite, does great work at a reasonable price. Happy to have found someone so headache free and competent.

They did a great job on replacing my leaking kitchen faucet that was hard for me to remove and replace with a new one.
