Called Big Blue Plumbing to check out a 2nd floor toilet that was leaking onto our first floor ceiling and they were able to send someone the same day.

When Nate arrived we also asked him to look at our kitchen sink pipes. He was friendly and clearly knowledgeable. He explained everything and gave us different options to consider for fixing the issues.

He fixed everything in just a few hours and we couldn’t be more pleased.

David did a meticulous job repairing my drippy kitchen faucet. He came when he said he would, was neat and clean, and worked efficiently to replace the seal, springs and washers, while also lubing and cleaning all the parts. Called Ray today 8/20/18 because my sink and washer machine was over flowing with water because I thought I could dispose pasta in the garbage disposal, but I guess I was wrong :/

He asked what the problem was and I made him aware and he said he would be out today to fix it. Showed up about 2-3 hours after I called, he explained to me what he was going to do and took care of my issue in less than 30 minutes.

They replaced two hot water heaters and did the plumbing on a bathroom and kitchen remodel. They did outstanding work, very nice workers, and the office staff was responsive and helpful. Mauro himself is a gem; he came out to give me an estimate for (what i thought) was replacing pipes due to a lack of water pressure and ended up fixing the problem on the spot. I would hire them again in an instant.
