During recent storms our basement was flooded, for first time in 48 years. Zack Gilbert of Mr. Rooter came out and pumped out 6-8 inches of water in our 35' x 45' (no kidding) flooded basement. He worked hard to clear our storm drain. But roots had gotten through the pipe, and the drain was irretrievably closed. Zack called his boss, owner Spencer, who came out in twenty minutes.
They concluded that a sump pump was the only fix. The next day, just before the next big storm, the Mr. Rooter team installed the sump pump. No more flooding, and the price was fair. My wife and I are big fans of Spencer and especially Zack. (He was quite empathetic about the disaster that had hit our basement.)

Ray showed up on time and did a fast and very professional replacement of my kitchen faucet. And the rate was upfront and affordable. I highly reccomend Ray's Service One Plumbing.
