We called the company and they were able to send out a repairman the next day. The repairman was experienced and knowledgeable. He examined the whole system and from my description of the problem he knew what to test right away. He found two parts not working. He had one on his truck but had to order the other. He charged a reasonable price and said he would try to return the next day to finish the job . Okay so far.

I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

Ray and his son saved our life today. We had a sewer back up. We tried unclog our toilet which backed up to our tub. It was so disgusting, after many failed attempts we decided to give in and call a plumber. I called Ray and he answered quickly and knew exactly what the problem was after a brief explanation. He said text me your address and came within 15 minutes. He was professional and his young apprentice quickly fixed my problem and cleaned up too. I've used Alligator Plumbing 4 times now and every time they've done a great job. The price they quote is the price you pay. They don't give you a 4 hour window, they say we'll be there at 9 and then call when they're on their way. One time they were going to be early and called to be sure it was ok to start a bit earlier. I found Natalie on Craigslist for a clog that I was having in my bathroom. I was happy that she actually showed up on time and was very professional. I have two young children and what I liked the most was that she was friendly and maintained her work area clean.
