Best Sewer in Oakland CA

I have scheduled 4 appointments so far in the last month to address my HVAC issue. Every single time there is a last minute txt saying the technician has called out, is running late or one time, they txt me at work in the morning that he is 20 min out, when I had an afternoon appointment. I moved my work schedule around every time, to make sure I can be home for the scheduled time and it's all for nothing. Such a shame because I would give Stuart a 5 star rating for the time he made it out here, but the issue is with their scheduling system. I am not the first one writing this, so maybe you guys need to pay attention more. This company will work out for any stay at home/work at home person who is flexible with timing, but it's a nightmare of an experience for anyone who holds a full time job.

I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

Giovanni was awesome. Put up with my bad mood (basement flooded). i ended up smiling. One plumber gave up on clearing the storm drain. After Giovanni investigated, it was clear the other plumber was going about it the wrong way. The problem was a dead sump pump. New sump pump cleared out the drain

Rey has replaced all our galvanized water pipes, the tankless water heater and the main. He is currently replacing the furnace. Very professional, timely and very fairly priced. Rey always goes the extra mile.

I just had a fabulous experience with We Can Do It plumbing. My faucet was leaking and Carbo fixed it quickly, diagnosed a more serious problem and then fixed that one, too. They even hardcore cleaned up everything to boot. Highly recommended!

Called Ray today 8/20/18 because my sink and washer machine was over flowing with water because I thought I could dispose pasta in the garbage disposal, but I guess I was wrong :/

He asked what the problem was and I made him aware and he said he would be out today to fix it. Showed up about 2-3 hours after I called, he explained to me what he was going to do and took care of my issue in less than 30 minutes.

Very professional and courteous, I will definite use him again in the future.

These guys are my first call in the east bay. I own 5 older buildings with issues. Mauros are total pros and they always charge fairly. If you have an emergency they bend over backwards to take care of you. If you are in their area I can't recommend them enough.

I had a sewer backup problem and started some work with a different plumbing company. Their communication was poor and they left a huge mess, to say the least.
After describing the issue with Jesus, he was able to FaceTime me at the site and helped me understand the root cause, short term fix, and long term solution. He was so patient with all of my “dumb” questions, and I learned a lot about my house!
Communication and transparency is such an important factor for me, since I am not at the house, and need someone I can trust. The entire team was very professional and I would definitely work with them again.
