There are many things I like about BB Plumbing. 1) The technician, Ruben, came in with shoe coverings. I have light carpet and appreciate the respect of my home. 2) Ruben not only fixed the problem quickly, but also demonstrated the fix instead of just leaving and saying it's done. 3) BB Plumbing rewards it's employees for happy customers by asking for feedback. They provided a card with QR code for review but the website didn't load so I was unable to do it, so I am leaving the review here. 4) Ruben spent time cleaning my bathroom after the work for the areas he was working. I think those areas are cleaner after he left :)

During the Crisis, my tenant called this company and for a leaky faucet and they charged 650 dollars. It took the person less than an hour. So, the value is not there at 500 dollars for 45 minutes of work.
