Ted has incredible knowledge and expertise regarding everything he has looked at in our house over the years, and again just now concerning the tankless water heater. Doing the tune-up and timer control adjustments and full checkout of the component maze under the hood required confidence and savvy. He aced it, and on top has a great personality!

Our water heater was leaking and they came within 12 hours to fix it and replace our 20 year water heater. Nate was our plumber and he was amazing. The owner of the company, Paul also stopped by to check all of the work. Both also gave us some advice on another issue we have in our house with a leak in our bathroom. They gave great service and we really appreciate their work. Also loved that they texted us when the plumber was on his way as well as his name, picture and a little bio about him. We will definitely use them for the leak in our bathroom and any further needs.

As a relatively new homeowner inheriting a fairly complex hydronic radiant heat system, I've been looking for a plumbing partner. I'd used two other services in the past and while both charged be a bunch and made minor fixes, neither fixed my problems long term. In Gerald, I've found that partner—he was communicative in scheduling (via text), prompt at our appointment, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problems. I plan to work with him to install upgrades to the system as well. I'm not sure why he doesn't have many reviews on Google yet, but don't let that deter you, he's an expert and a great person to work with.

Bathroom sink wasn’t draining. Didn’t respond to plunging or small hand snake. The Mr Rooter technician disconnected the sink outlet and used a professional snake to pull up a plant plug about 20 feet in. The tech was on time and very nice. Also Mr Rooter of Oakland has a real person answering the phone who can make an appointment right away. No waiting for a callback. Very good experience.

The alligator plumbers will meet and exceed any expectations that you have. Their work sets the example that all plumbers should follow. They’re prompt, clean, tidy, friendly, polite, and professional. There is no job I wouldn’t trust them with. I would recommend alligator plumbing without hesitation to work on my family’s or a friend’s house.

Booking an appointment was easy, and the dispatcher said that there's a minimum $160 charge for the 1st hour/ visit, plus any parts needed. The plumbers showed up on time and started to suggest a lot of repairs for a simple leak. We settled on a gasket replacement for the shower valve, but the plumbers stated that wasn't covered under warranty. The gasket replacement fixed the leak. Initially they wanted to charge $32.50 for each gasket, which is ridiculous, and we settled on a lower price. Based on the experience, I wouldn't use JC Green Plumbing again.

I found Natalie on Craigslist for a clog that I was having in my bathroom. I was happy that she actually showed up on time and was very professional. I have two young children and what I liked the most was that she was friendly and maintained her work area clean. I felt confident due the fact she explained what she was doing and didn't dodge any of my questions. The best thing though is that her prices are very reasonable.

I hired them to install a new front door jamb. They where nice and did a great job removing the old door jamb and putting a new one with a strike plate.

Will hire them for other projects that I might have in the future.
