David did a meticulous job repairing my drippy kitchen faucet. He came when he said he would, was neat and clean, and worked efficiently to replace the seal, springs and washers, while also lubing and cleaning all the parts. I am happy to find a great family-owned plumbing business that is based in San Leandro. I will enthusiastically recommend Sure Shot to all my neighbors!

As a relatively new homeowner inheriting a fairly complex hydronic radiant heat system, I've been looking for a plumbing partner. I'd used two other services in the past and while both charged be a bunch and made minor fixes, neither fixed my problems long term. In Gerald, I've found that partner—he was communicative in scheduling (via text), prompt at our appointment, and quickly diagnosed and fixed my problems. I plan to work with him to install upgrades to the system as well. I'm not sure why he doesn't have many reviews on Google yet, but don't let that deter you, he's an expert and a great person to work with.

I used Marvin to install a water shut off valve for my dishwasher. I also had him look at my dishwasher because it would leak when draining. He fixed the the hose and now I do not have to buy a new dishwasher. Thanks Marvin for the fast and friendly response. I will use him in the future for other projects.

Elias and his crew were the best plumbers I have ever hired. 3 days before my new renters were supposed to move in, I discovered we had a hot water problem. Elias helped me try to solve the issue without doing a complete galvanized to copper replacement. But ultimately, that is what we had to do. He was fast, professional, met all deadlines, and delivered what was promised. Most impressive was his ability to be an expert in his field and still be a great communicator too. He texted me photos of his progress and was able to dial internationally (3 other companies couldn't figure out how to dial an international number). I will only use & recommend Elias and his company from now on.

If it was possible to give zero stars we would. Phoned company on a Friday afternoon, was told by a man named Rafael that he would come out on Saturday as he was busy on another job and could not source parts if he needed them. Accepted his explanation and agreed he would come out the next day. Phoned around midday on Saturday as had not heard back from him yet. Got through to Rafael directly and he said he will call back later in the day to come out to house in the afternoon. Then complete silence. No call or explanation and no show, on either Saturday or Sunday. We had to call again on Monday to chase him, message went to voice mail. Called twice again on Tuesday and finally got through after leaving voice messages. Rafael told us he would make it out later in the day on Tuesday. No communication again. It’s Wednesday morning now. Would never trust this company or Rafael with any type of emergency. Poor communication, and non existing service. How they stay in business is absolute wonder. If COVID-19 does not kill this business, Rafael’s service surely will. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY

Mr. Jesus Espinoza was very communicative of the issue I was having with my shower leaking. He came at the time that I was told he would be coming and didn’t even leave a mess after doing the work! He was very nice and respectful And even offered to have us test the work he did before he left to ensure my family was satisfied! Service level is great. They stick with an issue until they have figured out how to resolve it. They can service boilers which is a rare find.

My thermostat stopped working and Supreme Plumbing and Heating was the only vendor I contacted that responded. Using their text feature made it easy to book an appointment and know when the technician was on his way.
Although I didn't have a choice for a new thermostat (system too old for the Nest I purchased and only one option on the truck) the new thermostat works well and I have heat again!

After the original visit described below, we had another clog 2 days later! We called Bay Plumbing and Tony immediately made time to visit us, even though he had an important meeting planned months in advance. He stands behind his work and wanted to ensure that the issue was fully resolved. It ended up being a clog in a separate pipe, which he also helped to clear. Don’t hesitate - if you need plumbing help, Bay Plumbing!

Clogged sink, toilet and water coming up the shower drain as I'm trying to cook dinner - what a nightmare! After calling 12+ plumbing companies with no availability or just an answering machine, I was so relieved that Tony not only picked up the phone, but had a conversation about what was going on and when he was available (8am the next day). So many other companies that I called simply answered the phone to tell me they were unavailable.

What struck me most was his professional manner: calm, helpful and friendly without being pushy or demanding. He explained possible causes and patiently answered my questions about if it was okay to use our bathrooms and faucets by explaining what he thought the issue might be and why it might be risky to use them. He reconfirmed our appointment via text later in the evening and also texted me in the morning as he was heading over (arriving within the time frame he promised the night before.)

Tony arrived with his assistant and immediately put on shoe covers before entering our home. As a neat freak and a family that doesn't wear shoes indoors, I appreciated this. He was also careful to take on/off his shoe covers whenever he entered our home - he wasn't just wearing them for show. After asking some questions and taking a look at our drains, he explained what he thought the problem might be and how he would tackle fixing it. His pricing was fair and included a warranty. He ended up having to use the mechanical snake from more than one area on our property to reach the clog and didn't raise the price for the extra effort involved. Afterwards, he checked to ensure the clog was resolved.

Bay Plumbing was professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Tony is also just a nice guy who does good work. When we need our water heater replaced or any other plumbing needs, I'll be calling him.
