Left the area clearer than it was when he got here. I will definitely use his services again should the need arise.

I just had a fabulous experience with We Can Do It plumbing. My faucet was leaking and Carbo fixed it quickly, diagnosed a more serious problem and then fixed that one, too. They even hardcore cleaned up everything to boot. Highly recommended!

When I say more than exceptional service when I say today was a breeze this was a serious situation for me and my family we was not able to keep our hygiene up and when I say Uriel made sure that we was content with what information that we had before we sign anything. Excellent work- knowledge, quick, and thorough. We had a bad experience with another company prior to calling Mauro’s, so I was a bit worried. In less than 30 seconds, Mauro’s had identified the real issue; in less than 5 mins, it was fixed; in less than 10 mins, I had all the knowledge I needed to take the next step with a sprinkler company. Once again the good folks at Larratt Brothers Plumbing exceeded my expectations - this time to address a faulty water heater they had installed 13 months ago when my old unit ruptured.

Aaron walked me through a quick telephone diagnostic, and when we concluded the ignition was defective he told me he’d send one of his plumbers out first thing the next morning.

Brian arrived at 7 am sharp the next day and could not have been more pleasant or professional. As the manufacturer - American Standard - was refusing to honor the warranty because the unit was more than 12 months old, Larratt took the high road and chose to replace the unit with a brand new (and better) unit from another manufacturer - at no cost to us!

Brian was in and out in about an hour, and apart from the new tank he’d installed there wasn’t a sign he’d been there. It was a delightful experience all around.

Needless to say, I’d recommend Larratt Brothers Plumbing enthusiastically and without reservation for plumbing service - particularly water heaters!

It was mid-season when a pipe from the water heater in my house ruptured and I needed help at once. Luckily, I had heard about Plumbing Heroes: Alameda and they came at the earliest time. You are not wrong for thinking that these plumbers will perform a new water heater installation or a repair wonderfully, in fact they replaced my old one, gave me suggestions on how to care it and showed thorough skills to do so. They even made sure that I didn't have any leaks afterwards. I think they were the best team to come out up to that time!
