Harris from Big Blue plumbing came today to our 3 story condominium to investigate a leak from a second story unit bathroom to a first floor unit bathroom. He was on time, we received notice that he was on his way with a picture to identify him. He was here about 30 minutes but was unable to recreate the problem. Since all the pipes were pretty new it was difficult to identify exactly what problem was. If the problem occurs again we are to call Big Blue and they will return. He did not even charge us for his time. Will definitely be contacting them in the future for plumbing needs!

Mr. Rooter Plumbing is highly professional and does amazing work. In a jam when another plumber walked off the job, I called Spencer well after business hours and he was there first thing the next morning. He gave my landlady a fair estimate of the required work and sent Uriel and his apprentice, Will, to do the job the next day.
Uriel was thorough, impeccable, and almost absurdly competent. They all have what my dad would call, “good hands.”
It took a long time and a lot of work, because these guys re-plumbed a whole system that had never really been done quite right. Now it is beautiful.
I lived in constant worry about the macerator on my floating home giving out, which has happened three times in 8 years, due to errors in the original plumbing. This time, when it broke for the third time, we finally got it done right. Uriel explained every bend in the pipe. The new, better macerator Spencer recommended runs like a dream. I also love how this company functions as a teaching lineage, so young people can learn this important trade on the job.
