I usually don't leave a bad review, but in this case I had to. Just to warn any future customers on what to possibly expect.I'm a landlord and my tenant informed me earlier this week (Tuesday), about her bathroom faucet dripping from the hot side. I called Albert Nahman Plumbing, explained to the representative over the phone about my tenant's concern.We set up an appointment for today between 10am - noon.The technician arrived a little before noon. He examined the faucet and asked questions. I explained to him that I already knew what was wrong/why it was dripping and that the part had been replaced last year. Also, I had gotten the replacement part from Home Depot.The technician then called beadquarters (his mananger, so he stated), and informed him of the situation.The technician then informed me that he was advised to explain to me that it would be a waste of time to go to Home Depot (or another plumbing store), and replace the part do to it might not last that long. He aslo stated that he was advised that if I chose not to have them (Albert/Nahman), install a new faucet, then they wouldn't be able to do anything.So, basically I ended up paying the service fee ($95.00), just to be told that I really don't have a say so in regard to what I want to have repaired/replaced in my own tenant's residence.The sad thing is, I only called them do to I had used them several times in the past. All my previous services had always been good.After today though, this company just lost a loyal customer. Never again will I use this company.Potential future customers beware!!! 👎🏾👎🏾

Despite being incredibly busy with neighbors having similar issues, Rey responded quickly, got my furnace up and running, and put together a sump pump and drainage plan to mitigate future flooding. As soon as we had a dry day, Rey and his efficient and friendly team installed the sump and drainage. For the first time in weeks, I didn't spend time during/after heavy rains pumping water out of my garage - it was dry as a bone! Rey's pricing was very fair and he and his team have been great to work with. I highly recommend this business.

Alfredo was out technician and he was great. Professional, very knowledgeable, offered various solutions, got the job done quickly and thoroughly walked us through everything so we knew what was done and how to operate it.

Jorge is so talented! I would not trust anyone else with our plumbing work. We had a mystery leak in our shower, and without even opening any walls, he was able to hear where the leak was running! This guy knows his stuff. The pricing is fair, the quality of his work is excellent, and most of all he is always on time. Couldn't ask for a better plumber.

My bath tub faucet (hot water) has been hanging on by a thread for almost a year. About a year ago, my bathtub hot water faucet became difficult to use. I’ve been using it as delicately as possible, knowing it would need work soon. Somehow I have made it to August 2021 and last week the faucet finally bit the dust - making it almost impossible to turn it off. A friend of mine had just gotten plumbing work done and had a great experience, so I got their info & sent a text.

Shortly after my initial contact, I was able to arrange for an appointment a few days later. I also mentioned how nervous I was to have someone in my home, as I cannot yet get vaccinated, and am high risk for a difficult time handling Covid, should I get it. They assured me they are fully vaccinated, wear masks, shoe covers and also gloves.

Today Eddie arrived on time, and was ready to tackle the job, while also staying mindful of my concerns re: covid. They were efficient, kind, and made sure to explain what was happening as the diagnosis and testing unfolded. Eddie quickly determined what needed to happen and began the search for the necessary part. It just worked out that Eddie found the part, and was able to come back and complete the job in a short timeframe.

I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful Eddie is. Eddie was also delighted to meet my hound, and ensured me they’re very pet-friendly, which is lovely. Eddie tackled my job with intention and mindfulness, while also educating me, searching and finding a tricky part, and getting my faucet better than it ever was in the past. I fully intent to beg Eddie to work for me for any plumbing jobs I need, because you just don’t find gems like him often! If you’re able to get onto Eddie’s schedule then you’re a very lucky one indeed!

JMK and Alejandro are good and reliable people. We have used them for several different jobs in Miami and we have no complaints, every single time they delivered and save us tons of money and time. Totally recommended.
