Good experience with Stanley who is good at drainage systems replaced our old sump pump, had a new one in his truck so nice quick upgrade. He cleaned everything out including the drain lines we feel much better about the upcoming rainy season!

Around 2010 they donated a tankless Noritz water heater to the Redwood Heights Elementary School auction and we bought it. He replaced our water main for a reasonable price and installed the heater in our basement near the shower, freeing up space in the garage. Relocating the washer & dryer in 2013 we built a 1/2 bath there in the garage! The unit has worked well for 12 years, and now we are getting it checked for the first time. I recommend Ray Lacayo and Lacayo-Colt pluming.

Except for the delay in arrival, about which I was notified--expected 3-5, but came at 5:15,--the plumber was polite, considerate, careful of precautions for COVID-19, and worked for almost 5 hours into the night and fixed the problem. I have used this business on other occasions, and have always been satisfied.
