I have been using big blue plumbing for several years, they are so professional, polite, Organized, and neat.
They always do a great job.

After another company came out and left not wanting to do the job….so I called Mr Rooter! So happy I did. The technician arrived in the wet dark evening and assessed what needed to be done. Unfortunately the age of the shut off valve didn’t allow access to close off the water to the house. Chris ( the technician) took the time to find all he needed to do upon his return the next day. Next morning water company shut off the main and Chris arrived ready. He had a plan and all the parts necessary to get the job done. He is extremely personable, polite, and professional. We will never need to look any further for our plumbing needs.
Mr Rooter sent the best and all is good in the land of bathroom usage “). Thank you for great service and sending someone who looked for the solutions to the problems rather than walking away.

Straightforward, professional, and fairly quick to get us in our schedule, Mauro's plumbing left us very satisfied. You might have to follow up an email with a phone call, as everybody in the bay seems a touch overworked these days, they will make sure things work for you. Very nice installers as well.

Chris arrived 1/2 earlier then the two hour window, that was a plus. After I explained the issue he got right to work and unclogged the kitchen sink drain and it works great! Professional and explained each step to fix the issue.

I hired them to install a new front door jamb. They where nice and did a great job removing the old door jamb and putting a new one with a strike plate.

Will hire them for other projects that I might have in the future.

I paid Abe to re-caulk my bath tub and to install some corrugated metal panels around my deck. The caulk ended up getting big gaps in it (though we did not use the tub or shower for over 24 hours after he did it as instructed). He missed seeing one of the panels for the deck (which was right there next to the deck) so he did not install it, but he told my husband he would come back and finish the job. I messaged him about getting him to come back about 5 different times over the course of 6 weeks and he is ghosting me.

Overall, I would say Abe is a mixture of incompetent and expensive. Throughout the deck job, he kept interrupting my husband to ask for help. He asked me for work gloves to protect my hands. Who shows up to install corrugated metal without work gloves? I was desperate to find someone so I gave him a shot but seriously, it was ridiculous. If you're desperate, keep looking.

I'm sure Abe is going to post some sort of explanatory excuse that discredits me, as he has for every other bad review, so have at it

Meanwhile I need to fix my caulk and finish my deck project, some of which was done pretty badly - one of the panels was installed in such a way that it's bending.

This company really deserves more than five stars. Plumbing Heroes went above and beyond to help us. We had several plumbing jobs we were putting off around the house when we got a bad toilet leak. Plumbing Heroes was the first company to respond, and came out to do the work the same day! The plumber they sent, Luis, was respectful and highly efficient. I was impressed because he clearly did not take advantage of the time, even though they charged me an hourly rate. Throughout the job, Luis wore a mask and socially distanced. Ilana from the office even called us afterwards to see how the job went. Honestly, a really great service. I am happy to have finally found a plumbing company we can count on. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

The owner of this company did a job for him on a shower glass for his house valued at $ 2000, the guy wanted to go smart and only paid me $ 1000, he kept the rest of the money and kept the glass, he didn't want to pay the other money inventing that he did not like glass and it was what he asked I wanted to fix the problem in several ways and there was no solution The scoundrel wanted to keep my money and the glass without paying
