Very good experience with this company. Called and customer service was great. Understood my sense of urgency and was very understanding. Jose, our tech was on time.very thorough and listened to us. Examined all areas and found issue. Very courtesy and respectful of home. Most of all they seemed honest. An initial estimate we got from another company was $6000. Jose fixed everything with a warranty for just under $800. Som glad I called this company!

Around 2010 they donated a tankless Noritz water heater to the Redwood Heights Elementary School auction and we bought it. He replaced our water main for a reasonable price and installed the heater in our basement near the shower, freeing up space in the garage. Relocating the washer & dryer in 2013 we built a 1/2 bath there in the garage! The unit has worked well for 12 years, and now we are getting it checked for the first time. I recommend Ray Lacayo and Lacayo-Colt pluming.

Sharky's Plumbing is professional and fast!! The owner even met me at Home Depot so I purchase items on my Home Depot credit card and he hauled the items to my house. The service was so fast and he even gave me a discount on the pricing which was way lower than my Warranty Insurance.

Called because two faucets were leaking from the base of the neck. They offered free in home estimate, which was great.

Repairman arrived, said he could fix one, but the kitchen would have to be replaced (mind you, this is a $1300 faucet). The quote given was $775 to fix one, and replace the other (I supply the new faucet). That seemed pretty high especially since I thought all they needed were new rubber gaskets...which of course I was correct. Two gaskets for each faucet.

Also: each repair took less than 30 minutes to perform.

The tools needed were an adjustable wrench $20, a hex key set $16, and four gaskets @ 0.80 each $3.20

I'll let you be the judge. But I think you have all the proof that you need that they actively rip off, and take advantage of their customers.

$300 for 20 mins.. quick and to the point- sink not draining.
