Started out Very Nice - Great Customer Phone Service. Setup an appointment was looking forward to getting my Plumping needs taken care of. Unfortunately there was a No Show on the morning of the Appointment. I had to call to find out why. Turns out someone put in the wrong date for the appointment. I had rearranged my schedule for this appointment. There was an unwillingness work with my schedule and get someone in the next morning saying no one is available. I guess it is okay to inconvenience me twice rather then rework a schedule to make up for their error and no offer to adjust pricing to compensate for the error. I canceled and will either do the work myself or search for another Plumbing Service. Too bad because all other reviews reflect a good company and good service. Not the case for me.

We have hired Rey over the years and have always been happy. He did a lot of plumbing on our house when we first moved into our home over ten years ago. We have had many projects over the years and even some emergencies. Old house old pipes. He has always been there for us! Five stars!

After an inspection of our drain clog, the service plumber, Lance, recommend several options and cost estimates. We decided to remove a previously installed drain clean out and install another that would allow access both up and down the drain pipe. Once that was installed, he cleared the drain and we're back in business again! Lance was professional and courteous, always wearing shoe covers when entering our house. I would definitely call Mr. Rooter for future plumbing problems.

2pm on Wednesday before Thanksgiving... of course my kitchen drain stops up! Called, was told they were fully booked through the weekend. As I was on my 3rd other 'sorry, we are all booked up' call to other shops, the dispatch at JC Green calls back, saying they had cancellation-- they could be at my place in 10 min. Promptly 10min later, Christian shows up with the tools and a smile. Simple roto job done quickly, professionally, (under the sink looks better than it did before!) at a fair price. For their excellent customer service and competence and bailing me out of a big jam, 5 Stars.

Magic Plumbing is an amazing team!Our mainline got backed up and none of our toilets were working properly. I gave them a call since their dispatch location is less than a block away! they had two of their plumbing techs show up in less than 30 minutes and showed us where the issue was and provided a solution. Less than an hour later our pipes are clear and our toilets are working again! Would recommend to anyone I know!
