The plumber you sent was very personable and made adjustments not only on the p trap but it seems as though the water from the faucet is not splashing water everywhere before his visit. The only problem the board of directors had is with the price. Therefore the four stars instead of five.

I admit I thought the pricing was a little on the high side. But the work was above and beyond what I expected. He took the time to accurately diagnose the problem. And provide me with options. Surprisingly pleasant experience.

Around 2010 they donated a tankless Noritz water heater to the Redwood Heights Elementary School auction and we bought it. He replaced our water main for a reasonable price and installed the heater in our basement near the shower, freeing up space in the garage. Relocating the washer & dryer in 2013 we built a 1/2 bath there in the garage! The unit has worked well for 12 years, and now we are getting it checked for the first time. I hired them to install a new front door jamb. They where nice and did a great job removing the old door jamb and putting a new one with a strike plate.

Jorge and his son were wonderful, hard working people. We called on him to fix a leaky pipe in our crawl space. Having been down there before in my younger days
I know how tight it is. Since he was already in the crawl space we asked if he could run wire to our kitchen island and he politely agreed. This required him to crawl
an extra 50 feet in the crawl space. He also fixed our breaker box and a faulty outlet we had outside. He made sure to caulk around the outlet because the foam seal was
cracked and dry. Nice attention to detail there!

He spent a whole day doing the work when he was originally scheduled to do much less. All with a smile. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing or electrical work.
