Paul and Pardoners just finished replacing our dead boiler and dying hot water heater with a 96% efficient tankless system. They came out Wednesday and explained everything in great detail. We got texts and e-mails with photos and a short bio so we knew who was coming and when. We had some other work going on and they coordinated seamlessly. They left the area absolutely immaculate and gave us a thorough run down on our new system. We even got to meet Paul’s puppy Bruno who is quite the charmer. And our dogs fell in love with Paul because he brought them treats. They treated us like family and did a great job. It doesn’t get any better.

One Step was able to come the same day. Garvey quickly figured out the source of the leak and had the parts on hand to fix our tub. Friendly and reasonably priced - my new go to for any future plumbing needs.

I found triola plumbing, who came out immediately to assess. So impressed w ray at triola. Nice guy , knows his stuff and polite and professional. He offered different options for me and kept me informed thru out. He really saved the day! I told him i was in a bind, tons of agents/buyers were coming in the morning. Ray switched out toilet, brought in new one and worked late to make it happen. He left at 11pm! What a guy! He is going to be my go-to plumber now!!

Shower job was not done correctly. After plumber left I had to keep tightening the cold water stem.When the problem got to the point where tightening did not stop the drip, I called Larratt Bros. to fix it. They refused. I will never use them again. Thanks for responding. I got parts from Cal Steam where I met a plumber who worked for Larratt Bros. He gave me his business card. That how I got a hold of you. We had a leak coming from the second story of our home through a ceiling into our kitchen. Jorge came an hour or two after I called (which was faster than anyone else was able to come). He opened up the ceiling, identified the problem (it turned out to be simply a bad washer on a toilet), and fixed it quickly. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We would definitely use J&J Rooter & Plumbing again.
