We had a few issues and had techs as well as the owner (Paul) come out. ALL have been very professional and knowledgeable. We had our tankless water heater installed (faucet leak repaired) and are super grateful for the effort and time put in on our projects. Project almost complete and I am certain things will be smooth.

One Step was able to come the same day. Garvey quickly figured out the source of the leak and had the parts on hand to fix our tub. Friendly and reasonably priced - my new go to for any future plumbing needs.

Rey has done a few large jobs on my house: replaced all our old water pipes; more recently the hot water heater. Also smaller jobs and we've been very happy with his work.

My toilet had been erratic for awhile and then the handle broke. Mr. Rooter gave me an appointment for the very next morning; Spencer, the plumber, arrived right on time, immediately diagnosed the problem, and quickly and cheerfully refurbished everything. The toilet now functions even better than when it was new. Really impressive service.

They fixed my shower faucet and had an extra handle being as mine would not come off. He was on time very professional and courteous and the faucet works perfect. The price was fine and the person who answered the phone gave me a accurate quote. I will definitely keep using them.

She was also able to schedule me the same day I called. Once the plumber came, he was courteous and wore booties over his shoes so he doesn't get my carpet dirty. Chris arrived 1/2 earlier then the two hour window, that was a plus. After I explained the issue he got right to work and unclogged the kitchen sink drain and it works great! Professional and explained each step to fix the issue.

I sell real estate and had a listing where we had a leak. Open house was soon so i needed help asap. Called many plumbers who were booked out over a week! I found triola plumbing, who came out immediately to assess. So impressed w ray at triola. Nice guy , knows his stuff and polite and professional. He offered different options for me and kept me informed thru out. He really saved the day! I told him i was in a bind, tons of agents/buyers were coming in the morning. Ray switched out toilet, brought in new one and worked late to make it happen. He left at 11pm! What a guy! He is going to be my go-to plumber now!!

Work was fine but price is very high. Over $400 to fix a pinhole leak on my kitchen sink which took less than 30 minutes. Call around and get estimates before committing to them.

Elias and his crew were the best plumbers I have ever hired. 3 days before my new renters were supposed to move in, I discovered we had a hot water problem. Elias helped me try to solve the issue without doing a complete galvanized to copper replacement. But ultimately, that is what we had to do. He was fast, professional, met all deadlines, and delivered what was promised. Most impressive was his ability to be an expert in his field and still be a great communicator too. He texted me photos of his progress and was able to dial internationally (3 other companies couldn't figure out how to dial an international number). I will only use & recommend Elias and his company from now on.
