Marcus came out to check our non-functioning old floor furnace, climbing under our house through a small trap door. Even though he wasn’t able to fix it, he got Chris to come out and do the repair, so we’re happy customers.

Nathan did a quick diagnosis and repaired the leaking sink. Big Blue will be our go to plumber from now on.

This is the best plumbing company with the best plumbers in the Bay Area. I have had Alligator plumbing out twice. The first time, FOUR plumbers tried to unclog our shower (basically they did nothing and could not do it). Finally Alligator plumbing came out and was able to fix the clog, no problem! I had them come out for another clog and water pressure issue and it was solved professionally and quickly. Their plumbers are so nice, respectful, and really want to help the customer. Really, look no further and use them. You won't be disappointed.

I found Natalie on Craigslist for a clog that I was having in my bathroom. I was happy that she actually showed up on time and was very professional. I have two young children and what I liked the most was that she was friendly and maintained her work area clean. I felt confident due the fact she explained what she was doing and didn't dodge any of my questions. The best thing though is that her prices are very reasonable.
