Mauricio was very experienced and diagnosed the control problem right away. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. He efficiently installed a new transformer and fixed some other issues with the original installation which was done by a different company. This is the second good experience I have had with Albert Nayman company and they will be my go to company from now on. I highly recommend them!

I had a shower that was constantly leaking and causing damage to my bathroom. Economy Rooter and Plumbing came to the rescue and repaired the shower in no time. The plumber was courteous and professional, and the repair was done to perfection.

They replaced the connection from my house to the mainline sewer. They came on time and did the work in record time. Worksite left in perfect condition. Work seems fine, but haven't really had time to test it out. They are not inexpensive, but they sure know their stuff and get it done!

David did a great job replacing/upgrading my kitchen faucet as well as my two bathroom faucets. He gave me a education on shower valves as we ran into a situation that the builder or tile contractor didn't leave enough space for new valves in the shower wall for both bathrooms. By ordering something else we avoid cutting into the wall or removing tiles.

We had a 140 foot gas line that needed quick replacement, including concrete trenching. After a few quotes I decided to work with Spencer (the owner) and very glad I did. His team did the job well, quickly and professionally, and was easy to communicate with especially dealing with the city and PGE to reactivate serivice. There was even a snag on a Sunday night, and Spencer came out personally to repair it so get the heating working again. Highly recommended!

Called Ray today 8/20/18 because my sink and washer machine was over flowing with water because I thought I could dispose pasta in the garbage disposal, but I guess I was wrong :/

He asked what the problem was and I made him aware and he said he would be out today to fix it. Showed up about 2-3 hours after I called, he explained to me what he was going to do and took care of my issue in less than 30 minutes.

You might have to follow up an email with a phone call, as everybody in the bay seems a touch overworked these days, they will make sure things work for you. Very nice installers as well.
