Best Broken Plumbing in Oakland CA

Rey has done a few large jobs on my house: replaced all our old water pipes; more recently the hot water heater. Also smaller jobs and we've been very happy with his work.

We have been using Mr. Rooter for DECADES, for our business and our home. Our last problem was an irreparably broken water heater; Shayea, Will, and John worked on the installation of a new tankless unit. They are all extremely personable, considerate, knowledgeable, professional, hard-working, and diligent. It was an all-day installation, and there were some kinks in the system at the end, which they remediated promptly and cheerfully, facilitated by the lovely Diana, who answers the phone in Oakland. All three of the men are happy with the company and complimentary of the owners (and each other), which I think is important when choosing a company to work with. It is always a very comfortable and reassuring experience to work with Mr. Rooter.

Shower job was not done correctly. After plumber left I had to keep tightening the cold water stem.When the problem got to the point where tightening did not stop the drip, I called Larratt Bros. to fix it. They refused. I will never use them again. Thanks for responding. I got parts from Cal Steam where I met a plumber who worked for Larratt Bros. He gave me his business card. That how I got a hold of you. I had the job done by another plumber. Richard

I had an emergency water line repair they performed for me. They were on time and super respectful so I was appreciative of that. Good team to work with and talented with their plumbing repair for sure.
