We call Rex to come over and take a look our boiler was not working , find problem repair and turn boiler on .. also replace some radiator valve they was leaking during heat on , replaced tested all heating system for us work very good.. price also was good and professional job done , definitely we recommend S&R for any plumbing and heating work, Thanks Rex for doing excellent job

I had warm water flowing into my sink cold faucet, and a shower that had one temperature - no matter where the lever was placed.
He replaced the shower valve and fixed both the sink and shower issues. He went above and beyond his job by also determining that I had a leaky heater unit which was overflowing onto the floor.
He vacuumed 3 gallons of water from the heater pan. Excellent plumbing company.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

We talked on a Friday, i called on Sunday to confirm for Monday, never heard from him. On Monday, he didn't even make an attempt to contact me either.

Last year I used this company, and the technician was extremely honest and ethical, charging me exactly what one would expect for the very small job performed. Decided to use them again in Jersey City, and this time I was completely ripped off with a $325 charge to change a fuse and reverse the connection of two wires (something another vendor apparently connected incorrectly). The tech was there for all of 28 minutes.

The technician, Eric I think, was very friendly and on time. He was very knowledgeable about each process and helped explain it so even I understood what was happening. I’ve used this company twice and both times He was phenomenal and quick. He set up my personal home with light fixtures, toilets, nest thermostats and more in a single day!

I have used Chapman Brothers for my plumbing needs for many years and I have always liked their professional service and staff. However, today I am annoyed at one thing that happen during a service call. Every year I have them out to either service my AC or furnace to make sure they are in proper working order. Before the service call I went to their web site and downloaded their $25.00 off coupon for any service. The technician did an excellent job in cleaning our my AC system and making sure the compressor, etc. was in good working order . However when it was time to pay the bill he called the office to determine if my coupon could be used. That is when he said that the coupon could not be used because this is not a service call it is a maintenance call. I don't know about other home owners but when I call a professional to come to my house to work on whatever in the house I consider that a service call. I think the Chapman Brothers coupon is very misleading as written and should be corrected so that other customers are not fooled by this word play

First of all, delivering here was absolute hell. There are cars parked in the way and tire trucks that you as a 18 wheeler truck and trailer in a already tight spot. The workers here have such a nasty attitude and the lady in the front has a nasty attitude and will ignore you when checking in to be unloaded. Word of advice…truckers avoid coming here and if you have no choice then it’s by a 24 hr advance only and expect to go through some you know what.
