Rex came to my house on an emergency call, and within 10 minutes diagnosed the problem. He quickly and efficiently repaired the leak we were experiencing. He was professional and gave us a reasonable price for the work he performed.

Had Jason come out, and he did a great job and knew a lot. A competitor told me I needed to buy a new tub because the drain was broken. Elizabeth Drain Service got me back up and running the same day because they had the parts they needed in their van. Erica in the office was very helpful and let me move my original appointment to a time that was better for me.

In a matter of no time I called and told them that I needed to replace 3 toilets... He asked if Tuesday was good, I said I can make that work. Sunday the order for the toilets were placed, Tuesday afternoon the plumber picked up my toilets and in no time everything was done.
He made sure that everything was up and running before finally sealing it, gave me some tips on my new toilets and right before leaving informed me that if there are any issues to give him a call. I'll definitely be using them again.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.
