I called Bill at super plumber when I went downstairs and realized my water heater was leaking. He had someone there in less than an hour and one more hour later we had a new water heater! These guys were great! It was a Saturday and a holiday weekend and they still got it done!

Tommy was super kind and helpful when stopping by my house after hours same day when our heat stopped working. It was a minor issue, but I'm terrified of messing with anything HVAC related bc of the age of my house. None the less, got our heat up and running. He called out potential future issues to make sure I service/take care of. Highly recommend especially in a time where lots of people say they'll show up but won't! He showed up and took great care. I called about a week before Christmas and was almost out the door to head on a long car drive for the Holidays until I checked the basement to see the hot water heater was broken and there was water everywhere. They came out within 45 minutes, confirmed it needed to be replaced (it was 20 years old), purchased and installed a new one, and hauled off our old one. This was all within 3 hours! The price was fantastic and the work was wonderful. I will definitely be using them again if need be.

Roto Rooter-Middlesex was quick to respond to our clogged shower drain. We were lucky to get a same day service in the morning that we called. Antonio and his co-worker were very polite and professional and were able to fix the issue with our shower drain without a problem. they had no problem putting on shoe covers and wearing masks to make sure that we were comfortable. I sometimes get dirty looks from technicians from other companies when I ask them to wear shoe covers or masks, but Antonio and his co-worker were so nice that we didn’t feel any guilt for requesting them to wear protective gear. We are very grateful for their service and highly recommend them.

The guys gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were running a bit late. They came and did a great job replacing my 11 year old water heater that came with house when I purchased it new. It was a cleaner and much neater job than the previous contractors. They were very quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Fair price, great service.
