We call Rex to come over and take a look our boiler was not working , find problem repair and turn boiler on .. also replace some radiator valve they was leaking during heat on , replaced tested all heating system for us work very good.. price also was good and professional job done , definitely we recommend S&R for any plumbing and heating work, Thanks Rex for doing excellent job

The service tech was very friendly snd exceptionally knowledgeable. He quickly discovered that the coil on my unit was frozen then thawed it out and waited for system to be completely free of any ice.
He also inspected system pressures and found system nearly empty and refilled with the required amount of refrigerant. My system has never seemed to run better. The staff was great in providing constant updates on when to expect the arrival time as well!

Our furnace wasn’t working a few weeks ago and we called 3Way Air Mechanical and Ed was dispatched to our furnace request. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and most important knowledgeable to trouble shoot what was wrong. He took his time and diagnosis the issue and let us know what the cost would be and once we gave have him the go ahead. All the necessary parts were installed and everything was up and running again!
