Was very helpful and informative when he came to check our shower which required new caulking.The job was very well done and he made sure we saw the before and after! Also very polite and patient with me as I asked all sorts of questions to better understand the issue in our shower.He was also transparent about the costs and provided options for the levels of work needed!Highly recommend!

I was under a lot of distress due to water mains damage. The whole family was suffering from the issue and we needed an immediate water mains repair. These guys quickly responded to our call and dispatched a team. The repairmen were able to identify the cause of problem and fixed it efficiently. Great service.

These guys came out on Christmas weekend to fix our broken furnace, and Moe (our repair guy) was very professional. Less than an hour later the furnace was back up and running. They literally saved Christmas for us!

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. After speaking with several plumbing companies, we went with Gary and his team for a bunch of plumbing things that needed to be done within a couple months of moving into our home. It was easy to work and communicate with them. Everything was talked through/explained and agreed to in advance. For one of the larger of the projects, a water heater, I asked for worst case/best case scenarios and Gary patiently laid out all the possibilities. In the end it was a best case scenario and it was good to feel like I had all the information up front.

The team was courteous and professional. When we need a plumber again one day, I’ll definitely call Korn.

I had have a great experience with this Plumbing company. I called them 3 times for 3 different issue and always they did an excellent job.

The technician, Eric I think, was very friendly and on time. He was very knowledgeable about each process and helped explain it so even I understood what was happening. I’ve used this company twice and both times He was phenomenal and quick. He set up my personal home with light fixtures, toilets, nest thermostats and more in a single day!

Our repairman was professional, prompt and did a great job at replacing an outdoor spigot. Have used them for a few years now and have had great experiences each time. Definitely recommend.

Quick and done right the first time.

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.
