Excellent service at a very fair price. My home is over 40 years old and the drain pipes build up a lot of accumulation over that time. We had an issue with the line going to the kitchen and laundry room that I was unable to clean out with my hand snake. Great company. After a nightmare of a bathroom remodel my bathroom faucet started pouring into my kitchen ceiling. I was quoted over a thousand dollars and told I had to rip open my kitchen ceiling to replace pipes. Thank God I called all clear for a second opinion. Fred showed up and saved the day. Turns out it was just a clogged drain that was overflowing. He snaked it out and its working beautifully. And there are no holes in my ceiling. There's a lot to be said for honest, courteous people. The woman who dispatches the calls (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was also so friendly and helpful. They will be my plumbing company from now on. Thank you all!

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

We talked on a Friday, i called on Sunday to confirm for Monday, never heard from him. On Monday, he didn't even make an attempt to contact me either.

Our furnace would not light. First cold day. We went on the neighborhood chat group and were recommended to American Way. I phoned them at 7:45am and a real person picked up on the first ring. I was told the technician would come between 11-2. The two-man team phoned me at 9:30, arrived at 9:45, had the furnace lit in under 5 minutes. Adam had me crouched down in front of the ignition assembly as he explained the situation. He demonstrated how to deal with a reoccurrence and explained what parts should be replaced (the furnace is 25-30 yrs old). No nonsense, reasonable charges. Needless to say I asked them for a sticker to put on my unit.

The technician, Eric I think, was very friendly and on time. He was very knowledgeable about each process and helped explain it so even I understood what was happening. I’ve used this company twice and both times He was phenomenal and quick. He set up my personal home with light fixtures, toilets, nest thermostats and more in a single day!

First of all, delivering here was absolute hell. There are cars parked in the way and tire trucks that you as a 18 wheeler truck and trailer in a already tight spot. The workers here have such a nasty attitude and the lady in the front has a nasty attitude and will ignore you when checking in to be unloaded. Word of advice…truckers avoid coming here and if you have no choice then it’s by a 24 hr advance only and expect to go through some you know what.
