Best Maintenance in Newark NJ

We had Need a Plumber In Queens over to replace our water heater and the S&R Plumbing Heating they sent Rex and was really patient to help explain the issue and he gave me the best price to repair or replace the heater and I select replacing.He did an amazing job.

We had a plumbing emergency and felt like all of the companies we spoke with were trying to take advantage of us. Until Elizabeth Plumbing. They explained everything to us in a way that made sense and provided us with an estimate that was spot on! Would highly recommend them!

We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time.

This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall.

The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief?

Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team.

Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all.

A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. Bristol sewer and drain is a really good company for all your plumbing services and needs. They are very affordable yet efficient. His secretary is very helpful and informative with answering plumbing questions. You can call and depend on them anytime of the day to get the job done.

I had an original AC and heating in my house, so I had NO experience in dealing with heating and air conditioning company. The technician came and clarified everything, and I chose to go with the American Way. Every time I had an inquiry (I had a couple), the technicians were so knowledgeable and pleasant.

They explained how they were going to fix that problem step by step. They worked hard to accomplish the task. I would highly recommend their services. Example of true excellence. Additionally, played it safe - wore masks, remained 6 ft. away.

The technician, Eric I think, was very friendly and on time. He was very knowledgeable about each process and helped explain it so even I understood what was happening. I’ve used this company twice and both times He was phenomenal and quick. He set up my personal home with light fixtures, toilets, nest thermostats and more in a single day!

Spence responded promptly to my inquiry and was able to quickly diagnose the problem with the water fill valve. He replaced it within 20minutes and cleaned the area. I highly recommend

The absolute worst
& their incompetence cost me thousands of dollars!

Long story short- they were hired for years to maintain my heating system that came with the home. Their guys showed up for 10 minutes each time then left. Maintenance takes alot longer than 10 Minutes. Had a major problem with the system since it was not appropriately taken care of. I Fired them as I discovered they were scamming me. Reported this to the owner who didn’t believe me and brushed me off.

I since Hired a reputable company to fix the problems their maintenance scam and they could not believe the state of my heating system. Due to their lack of maintenance while getting paid for it, my system basically needs to be replaced!!

Stay far away- beyond awful customer service as well!!

First of all, delivering here was absolute hell. There are cars parked in the way and tire trucks that you as a 18 wheeler truck and trailer in a already tight spot. The workers here have such a nasty attitude and the lady in the front has a nasty attitude and will ignore you when checking in to be unloaded. Word of advice…truckers avoid coming here and if you have no choice then it’s by a 24 hr advance only and expect to go through some you know what.
