Plumbing Heating was amazing from the booking to the actual completion of the work.Rex showed up on time and completed the work quickly and welland very clean.From the way he treated our home with utmost respect to way he reviewed everything he was going to do to the way he treated our dogs and they treated him like family (this is rare) We could not be happier.

I had a broken A/C, and had called them to diagnose (and fix) the problem. Their mechanic was great. He was exceedingly friendly, and diagnosed (and fixed) the problem expertly, within 45 minutes of arrival.
He emailed me my invoice directly after fixing my A/C, which was very helpful.
His price was very fair .
Will definitely call again if I have an issue with my air conditioning

When our heating got faulty and most of the contractors were busy, these guys understood our emergency and sent two guys right away. They were knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and did a fine job. Would surely recommend them to anyone.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. Prompt, professional, skilled and courteous. He fixed our kitchen sink drain, a repair that we'd had two other people fix but that kept leaking and backing up. The repair required cutting into our walls (old house, don't ask), and the last plumber who did that left a huge mess. He left the floors cleaner than when he started. Our furnace wasn’t working a few weeks ago and we called 3Way Air Mechanical and Ed was dispatched to our furnace request. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and most important knowledgeable to trouble shoot what was wrong. He took his time and diagnosis the issue and let us know what the cost would be and once we gave have him the go ahead. All the necessary parts were installed and everything was up and running again! Poor customer service. Been waiting over a week plus for service. Even after paying full amount up front , still the issues have not been resolved. They always have an excuse multiple techs called out on the same day, or they're book, I promise well get to you first thing in the morning. Then the next thing you know you're calling them trying to reach someone for about a hour. Just for them to say we'll call you back and they don't. Or to push your appointment to another date & time. Just to have this repeated again. Oh how could I forget the no service on the weekends. How when the company's info says 24/7 but the office close at 4:30? Refunds takes 10-15 days.This is crazy!! I most defiantly will never recommend this company for anything.

Really bad driver, tailgates and speeds. Should be more careful and observe the local laws.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
