The S&R team representative come over to my house and check our bathroom water heater and boiler.. also find out in the hot water side leak in water heater, fixed and tested was great job , also checked and maintain boiler for the winter season preparing, very friendly and cooperative from the workers .. so happy with the job and I highly recommend S&R plumbing and heating to work for any plumbing or heating job .. thank you for your great service

Elvis came, check out the water heater, and assessed that it needed to be replaced. He replaced the whole thing and cleared out the water heater quickly and professionally. Answer any questions I had and was polite.

We have been using John DeGrace Plumbing and Heating since the early 1990’s and would never consider using another plumber. John and his staff respond to emergencies immediately and are so professional and very nice! John has done complicated plumbing work on our house over the years. We highly recommend this business!

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

First of all, delivering here was absolute hell. There are cars parked in the way and tire trucks that you as a 18 wheeler truck and trailer in a already tight spot. The workers here have such a nasty attitude and the lady in the front has a nasty attitude and will ignore you when checking in to be unloaded. Word of advice…truckers avoid coming here and if you have no choice then it’s by a 24 hr advance only and expect to go through some you know what.
