Best Heating Maintenance in Newark NJ

I have been dealing with S&R Plumbing Heating for years and they always do a fantastic.I really appreciate the time they take to answer my questions as well!

Couldn’t even tell what’s a general estimate for a faucet installation. Told them I will send photos / video, couldn’t even give a ball park estimate for a straight forward faucet replacement.

Elvis was great to work with. He was super helpful and informative while getting the job done quickly.

The previous evening my heater went out and it was freezing. I called a friend who recommended Eco Plumbing and HVAC! I called them and left a message at 6 am and they got back to me by 7 and were here by 8 am. The technician they sent was too skilled and polite and kind! My heating was fixed, and he didn't attempt to up-sell me. I would recommend them to a loved one as my friend recommended them to me!!

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. I will definitely be using their services and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you Rich’s

Thanks for all the help and quick response. I had my water heater blow at 7:00 on a Sunday night not the end of the world. By 7:30am Monday morning the team was scheduling with me and by 9:00 they were there to replace the tank. Took maybe 2:30 and had hot water before noon. Thanks again and I’m happy to continue working with Chapman Bros in the future!

Our sink was backing up and flooding our basement floor, and after spending a few hours trying to do it myself I gave up and called this Company. They were able to schedule me same day, and had the clog cleared in less than 30 minutes.

Sort of wish I had called them sooner, and not tried to do it myself! I won't hesitate to use them again.

Horrible service!!! I called these guys to come fix my heater because it wasn't blowing heat and the guy comes and cleans something up and makes it work but then 2 weeks later it stopped working again. On another note, they had gave me 30 day warranty on the service if it was to stop working anytime and so I called again and they came back and they charged me the same amount again when they said it's covered in the first repair warranty. So i asked what are they charging me for and he's like oh i did this and that and I'm like i didn't even see you take anything up there so why are you making things up? He had no reply and then he said oh what if I lied to you and said I installed a new part just to take your money! Thats NOT good customer service if they are going to talk back like that. I also called the manager (who I made the appointment with) and he starts making up some other excuse just to take my money. I told him I wasn't going to pay him because he didn't let me know that he was changing another part, so therefore he said he will put it back the way it was and I said OK. And on the other hand, the manager is screaming at me on the phone saying don't ever call us for service. THATS NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL! If google had negative rating stars then thats what they deserve. Don't ever hire them because they are just full of lies to rob people.

The plumber that came in was very knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up. My overall experience was positive and I would recommend ANA to anyone!

Abadin installed the plumbing for my bathroom incorrectly. Due to Manny’s incompetence, there is fecal matter splattered on our walls because the pipes burst. If you want your house to smell like Mr. Abadin’s, hire him.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
