Jacob and Dean dragged me out of my flooding apartment. I nearly drowned in a diarrhea vortex of my own creation when they kicked open my door and saved me. Good dudes.

I was under a lot of distress due to water mains damage. The whole family was suffering from the issue and we needed an immediate water mains repair. These guys quickly responded to our call and dispatched a team. The repairmen were able to identify the cause of problem and fixed it efficiently. Great service.

We were not getting any hot water from the water heater. The pilot light was running so I thought it wouldn't be that difficult to fix. I Googled the issue and started following instructions. Things stopped making sense after a while though. I had to call Eco for help. Moe immediately dispatched an expert, who rectified the problem. These guys are experienced professionals. The rates are affordable and service is top quality.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. We had a pipe from our boiler begin leaking. Gary and his team did a wonderful job fixing the issue. They were quick, clear, and professional about what needed to be done. Their work was excellent, and they went above and beyond in their clean up at the end. I'd recommend them.

DO NOT USE. They came to my residence (within an hour which was the one positive thing) but did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I had a leaking hot water heater when they came and still had one when they left. They looked at it, acknowledged it was leaking, and said there was nothing they could do to fix it. Still charged me a service visit fee.

The technician, Eric I think, was very friendly and on time. He was very knowledgeable about each process and helped explain it so even I understood what was happening. I’ve used this company twice and both times He was phenomenal and quick. He set up my personal home with light fixtures, toilets, nest thermostats and more in a single day!

John fixed it quickly a c was very pleasant . However, I think prices are too high.

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.
