Best Heat Pump Maintenance in Newark NJ

I was away from my home and my neighbor noticed my sump pump was running. After an investigation he determined that my water heater was leaking. I called All Clear on a Saturday at 3pm. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and helpful. They got a plumber to my house in 10 minutes! By 6pm a new water heater was installed and I was back in business. They even gave me a $100 off coupon to use

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

We talked on a Friday, i called on Sunday to confirm for Monday, never heard from him. On Monday, he didn't even make an attempt to contact me either.

On Christmas Day, we discovered our water heater was leaking and our entire basement was flooded. Not the greatest thing to discover during the holidays... but this company quickly resolved it for us!
Left a message Christmas Day, received a call at 9:00 the next morning (on a Teusday!) They said they'd be by in an hour to take a look. The Tech arrived at 10:00, went to pick up a replacement water heater, replaced it, and was out of there by 12:30.

Thanks for all the help and quick response. I had my water heater blow at 7:00 on a Sunday night not the end of the world. By 7:30am Monday morning the team was scheduling with me and by 9:00 they were there to replace the tank. Took maybe 2:30 and had hot water before noon. Thanks again and I’m happy to continue working with Chapman Bros in the future!

I called about my toilet issue making a sound like a huge ship was pulling into the harbor and they took the time and MAJOR COURTESY! to tell me it may just be the little thing on the inside. I went to HD and did it myself. I will 100% use them for major plumbing stuff, our house is 116 years old. His honesty and professionalism is TOP KNOTCH!!!! 💯💯

I called Tom and he made it over to our site in no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient with both of our times. He was able to diagnose our issues in a matter of minutes. Very excellent service and very friendly. 11/10 would recommend.

So i did not hire these people to do anything, it was all the owner of my apartment building. I got a lot of things to list off so #1 these people do not finish their work on time properly. So one Monday morning they barged in and took all the old radiators from all the apartments in my building, and completely damaged my floor dragging them out of my apartment. #2 they are very unprofessional, if you ask them when they would be more or less done they respond with hostility and rage about being overworked, understaffed and underpaid. Which i totally understand, but do not take it out on your customers. #3 they are very messy, they drilled holes through the wall and did not clean up the shavings left behind. #4 about 2 months later after they started said project still it has issues, now they gotta start all over again to see where one of their many negligent employees messed up the water heater piping. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company in the slightest even if i owned property, they cause more damage than fix anything.

I would give them 10 stars…they are awesome, Adam and the other rep, (sorry didn’t get his name) responded quickly, made the necessary repair quickly, pleasant, informative…I highly recommend. Oh and price wise, very fair, not exorbitant…just great.

First of all, delivering here was absolute hell. There are cars parked in the way and tire trucks that you as a 18 wheeler truck and trailer in a already tight spot. The workers here have such a nasty attitude and the lady in the front has a nasty attitude and will ignore you when checking in to be unloaded. Word of advice…truckers avoid coming here and if you have no choice then it’s by a 24 hr advance only and expect to go through some you know what.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
