Best HVAC System in Newark NJ

Have been using S&R plumbing & heating for some time now for my businesses and they have been great, always on time, always responsive and the best part is their honesty. Professional services at great value for their services. Will definitely keep using them in the future.

At 4pm on a Friday, the drain on our one and only shower blocked and all previous attempts to snake it ourselves had failed. I took a shot and called Advanced Plumbing. To my total surprise they answered and offered to swing by. A guy from Advanced plumbing arrived within the hour and successfully snaked the drain...a clog that required more powerful tools than we had on hand. He also showed me the point in the system where my snake could not reach and gave me some pointers on how I might be able to fix this myself via the basement if it happens again. He was cheerful, courteous, tidy, helpful and reasonably priced. Having a working shower for the long weekend was a total bonus. Thanks,I'll surely recommend

Great service fast I would recommend anytime to anyone

I was under a lot of distress due to water mains damage. The whole family was suffering from the issue and we needed an immediate water mains repair. These guys quickly responded to our call and dispatched a team. The repairmen were able to identify the cause of problem and fixed it efficiently. Great service.

These guys are TERRIFIC. We had an emergency at our pharmacy with our heater and even though its close to the holidays they came in found the issue and fixed it right away at a super affordable price. They have top notch customer service and are there immediately when we are in need. We look forward to another year of working with them!

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. I will definitely be using their services and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you Rich’s

DO NOT USE. They came to my residence (within an hour which was the one positive thing) but did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I had a leaking hot water heater when they came and still had one when they left. They looked at it, acknowledged it was leaking, and said there was nothing they could do to fix it. Still charged me a service visit fee.

Our furnace wasn’t working a few weeks ago and we called 3Way Air Mechanical and Ed was dispatched to our furnace request. He was prompt, courteous, friendly and most important knowledgeable to trouble shoot what was wrong. He took his time and diagnosis the issue and let us know what the cost would be and once we gave have him the go ahead. All the necessary parts were installed and everything was up and running again! I would certainly recommend 3Way Air Mechanical and use again should another issue come up in our home. Great job!

Mother-in-law AC went out Replaced furnace and AC system because it was so old. It was hot and humid. Called and got it replaced the next day. Unheard o that quick. All the guys stuck it out for a 13 hour day. Till 10:30 PM. To get it comfortable for 90 year old lady. All went well Thanks so much

Very accommodating, completed a major water leak in our high rise in a timely and has performed work in our apartments in a neat and professional manner. I would recommend for any commercial or residential work

Never complete the purpose of their appointment. They told us they will return with the missing part to finish fixing our plumbing issue and instead our request was closed. Never received a phone call return as may times as we called and asked when they are returning.

Really bad driver, tailgates and speeds. Should be more careful and observe the local laws.

First of all, delivering here was absolute hell. There are cars parked in the way and tire trucks that you as a 18 wheeler truck and trailer in a already tight spot. The workers here have such a nasty attitude and the lady in the front has a nasty attitude and will ignore you when checking in to be unloaded. Word of advice…truckers avoid coming here and if you have no choice then it’s by a 24 hr advance only and expect to go through some you know what.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
