Best Emergency Services in Newark NJ

I called 5 plumbers and either no one was there, or they said they would call me back. The guys at Elizabeth Plumbers took my call, told me they could call back in 10 and they did. They responded to the fact that I had an emergency and my hot water heater was leaking really badly, even though it was 7PM and they came over fixed the supply pipe (where the leak was). Price was reasonable the the service was great. Thanks guys. Happy to leave the review!

I was under a lot of distress due to water mains damage. The whole family was suffering from the issue and we needed an immediate water mains repair. These guys quickly responded to our call and dispatched a team. The repairmen were able to identify the cause of problem and fixed it efficiently. Great service.

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. DO NOT USE. They came to my residence (within an hour which was the one positive thing) but did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I had a leaking hot water heater when they came and still had one when they left. They looked at it, acknowledged it was leaking, and said there was nothing they could do to fix it. Still charged me a service visit fee.

Brendan did a great job helping set up or new shower head. He went above and beyond to ensure that our work was completed in a timely manner, and we will most certainly be utilizing his services in the future.

The worst!!!! Was told they be here before 630 on a Monday guy shows up at 1145pm to walk back and forth for an hour and do absolutely nothing.. Was told someone would come aftet 5 the next day.. No one did.. Then I'm told its because of the holiday.. Day 3, they show up at 9 in the morning claiming to have rang my bell... But I dont have a bell, soo now I'm waiting for whenever they become available which can be anywhere from 941am to 1145 pm.. Ridiculous.. Save your money people.. Find another place with less headache.. Lady on the phone attitude.. Disgusting.. No help by the way..

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
