I called All-Clear to my home 3 different times for the same issue. First time was Jan/Feb of 2019, they replaced my 7 month old toilet and we thought the issue was resolved. Three months later, I had to call them back out for the same issue and was told they would have to take down the ceiling in my kitchen again to try to figure out the problem and I declined bcuz I was getting married in 2 months and wouldn't have the time to replace the ceiling again. In September 2019 I called again for them to come out for the same issue, I was told by the plumber that the initial issue wasn't from my toilet, it was from my tub. Fast forward to now, Aug 2020, remodeled everything except for my sink/vanity, and guess what..?? The issue is my bathroom sink bcuz the water is still dripping into my kitchen after the everything in the bathroom was replaced. So I'm out of a few thousand dollars bcuz All-Clear negated my initial claim when I suggested a pipe burst in the wall connecting to my sink and not the toilet or the shower/tub.

What we thought was a heating system issue, turned out to be a minor thermostat problem. They fixed it quickly and charged reasonably.

These guys came out on Christmas weekend to fix our broken furnace, and Moe (our repair guy) was very professional. Less than an hour later the furnace was back up and running. They literally saved Christmas for us!

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. Had a problem with our sewer line. Camera inspection found that we had two sections of our sewer line that were bellied causing us to have to snake the line every 2-3 months. I had a few contractors come, but Louis said, I have a plan and explained it all. A few weeks later, the crew came and installed a new sewer line all the way to my curb as well as install a sewer pit so I could still have a basement toilet and shower. They re-routed my sump pump line as well. They all worked VERY hard, but were never rushed. 100% professional all the way and they earn every single penny. I hope no one every has sewer issues, but if you do...Speedy Sewer and Drain is your go-to with no reservation. Everything is working great!! I'm very thankful for a business owner and team that CARED through the entire job.

Juan came out in 45 minutes after we placed an urgent call to Chapman Bros that our AC wasn’t working after normal business hours on a Saturday evening. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it to me thoroughly, and made the appropriate part replacements smoothly to get our condenser unit working again without having us have to make a total condenser replacement. It was back working in a half hour. We’re so happy we found Chapman Bros in the area!

I am very pleased with the work clearflow and the team did for me. When Rolando first came to look at my water heater I felt no pressure. In fact, he told me i could wait a few months, so i did. I called around regarding price and what they quoted me was fair. The team was very respectful of me and my home and cleaned up after themselves. So far i’m pleased with my new water heater.

Mother-in-law AC went out Replaced furnace and AC system because it was so old. It was hot and humid. Called and got it replaced the next day. Unheard o that quick. All the guys stuck it out for a 13 hour day. Till 10:30 PM. To get it comfortable for 90 year old lady. All went well Thanks so much

They sent a super inexperienced kid who couldn't unclog my drain. The kid gave up and there were no further follow up from the owner, yet I was still charged.

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
