I own a condo in Elizabeth that I have not had a chance to stay in for quite some time and for whatever reason I had terrible leaks in my vanity! EDS nailed my customer service test and the representative was very knowledgeable and damn near knew exactly what was going on and immediately scheduled my appointment for the same day! The service technician came to my place and he was in and out faster than I could say Elizabeth Drain Service lol and the whole time the leak was because all of the shut offs in my bathroom were no good so he replaced them! He was very kind & professional. I really appreciateElizabeth Drain Service for the wonderful service they provided for me and I’m glad my bathroom is not leaking anymore! Didn't even try to work on scheduling a time. Just said too busy. I'd say you should not advertise yourself on the internet if you're fully booked to the point where you can't even have a conversation about about scheduling a time.
