Best A/C Maintenance in Newark NJ

I have been dealing with S&R Plumbing Heating for years and they always do a fantastic.I really appreciate the time they take to answer my questions as well!

Had Jason come out, and he did a great job and knew a lot. A competitor told me I needed to buy a new tub because the drain was broken. Elizabeth Drain Service got me back up and running the same day because they had the parts they needed in their van. Erica in the office was very helpful and let me move my original appointment to a time that was better for me.

The service tech was very friendly snd exceptionally knowledgeable. He quickly discovered that the coil on my unit was frozen then thawed it out and waited for system to be completely free of any ice.
He also inspected system pressures and found system nearly empty and refilled with the required amount of refrigerant. My system has never seemed to run better. The staff was great in providing constant updates on when to expect the arrival time as well!

Very very bad

our heating system stoped working i called my brother and he recommended Eco Plumbing and it was Amazing receptionist she was so helpful and able to get us an appointment same day when our boiler went in the dead of the winter. Moe did a great job. Worked the entire day and made sure nothing was left undone. Very professional. Very good price for such a big job. Would recommend a hundred times over.

We needed a dual service. Bathtub was leaking in one of the bathrooms, and a faulty furnace. We needed someone who could cover both problems: a one-stop-shop kind of thing. Three well-reputed companies showed up in my Google search. This company offered me the best quote and a perfect appointment.

They dispatched their two best workers for the job. Both of them were very polite and communicative. We were all set within a few hours. Efficient and clean work from the guys. We would happily hire them again if needed.

We talked on a Friday, i called on Sunday to confirm for Monday, never heard from him. On Monday, he didn't even make an attempt to contact me either.

AWFUL! Do not use these people! They sent me someone who charged me $475 to fill up my unit with 6lbs of refrigerant. I later found out the 30lb tank is about $500. They charged me about the same for only 6 lbs. A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!! .

The technician, Eric I think, was very friendly and on time. He was very knowledgeable about each process and helped explain it so even I understood what was happening. I’ve used this company twice and both times He was phenomenal and quick. He set up my personal home with light fixtures, toilets, nest thermostats and more in a single day!

Spence came to my home to repair what I thought was an emergency. I called him back for repair of water feed pipe. This work was done last year and it's going up like new. Extremely reliable and always on time.

Tech was early in the window and completed the job quickly without mess and put up with my son asking questions along the way.

Very good service for main stack clean out upon moving to our new home.

The plumber that came in was very knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up. My overall experience was positive and I would recommend ANA to anyone!

i used these guys before. they came in did the work without discussing the price then charged me an almost $1000 i was not happy or even pleased with the work at all.
