Hub Plumbing and their staff are wonderful ____ We are a NFP company in New York and HUB was so good to us in terms of pricing as well as the delivery of top grade workmanship every time they were here.

We were required to know everything about each project and Jason was very understanding and empathetic. He took his time many times long hours in explaining the highly technical language of changing gas pipes and all that the task involves to us and our engineer patiently, professionally and generously.

Rich is another gentleman who you can trust his expertise and his words. HUB came highly recommended to us about two years ago and we thus feel obligated to pass that recommendation with the highest regard HUB deserves to others who might need a trustworthy and honest plumbing crew. Additionally the people who handle the admin are also so lovely and absolutely on top of their game.

Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey’s out of the oven, guests sitting down, stove filled with pot and pans, sink filled with all the prep dishes. You get the idea. Daughter calls out, “Hey, dad, the water’s not going down.”Next morning, after one quick call to Roto-Rooter, Glen showed up early and cleared the problem efficiently, neatly and thoroughly. Couldn’t be more pleased with Glen’s professionalism.Rare to find this level of service in the trades these days.Well done, Roto-Rooter!

They responded quickly and within 2 and a half hours they were at my house doing repairs. They had all the required parts needed to fix my boiler. A big thank you to Sal.

We experienced a middle of the night water backup as a result of a clogged sewer line and water softener waste water that was unable to bypass the clog and therefore backed up into the basement utility room. Yeah, flooding in the middle of the night is very stressful. We quickly contacted Jake Manhattan Plumber New York Co.

AAbc plumbing really helped me with my plumbing issues. They were able to use their pipe camera to find an issue that i paid 2 other plumbers to fix. Wish i would of called them the first time. They are highly recommended.

The technician, Alen, was very thorough. He was polite, prompt, explained everything and completed the job with no fuss. The price was reasonable, the service was next day and prompt. An excellent service call!

Recently, ran into some plumbing issues when my son flushed some bath toys in the toilet. Called Fred Smith and it did not take them long at all to get to my house. The technician was well meaning and did me the favor of talking to my son about the importance of respecting the plumbing. I would recommend them to a friend or anyone in need of a great plumber.

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

Worst customer service in the plumbing business. Contacted them regarding a boiler issue and the secretary that answered the phone was short and didn't allow me to finish what I was saying before she hung up on me. I called back and she made an excuse that she was on 3 other calls and that they were not available for appointments in the next 2 weeks. Take my advice, don't waste your time calling them. Such a big company, with all these pics posted of their vans, equipment and front of the business but they can't handle call volume or customers.

Caring, 5 Star Professionals! We have used KFPH for our toilet, dishwasher, kitchen sink and bathroom sink on different occasions and our experience has exceeded our expectations every time. First of all, their receptionist/scheduler is a total pro and charming as well. Appointments get confirmed in advance. Our plumber called enroute to confirm arrival time. How great is that? But the best part, is that repairs are knowledgeable, practical and customer service oriented. We've always been given a choice of solutions, mindful of budget and preferences. Today's experience with our bathroom sink presented them with a ridiculous challenge due to a previous faulty installation by other contractors. Their efforts were frankly heroic and saved us a great deal of stress and money. We're incredibly grateful and appreciative of their efforts, skill and professionalism. And they're very nice people.

My shower was not getting hot water and Neo Plumbing helped repair the shower and install new temperature-controlled handle. They came and fixed it the same day since it was an emergency for me. The plumber was very professional and polite.
