How does this place have the reviews that they have is mind blowing! First off before they even come out to see the issue they are already telling you it’s $575 before coming to even see what the issue might be... does that even make sense? Horrible service and customer service!

Roman and Serafin came and replaced sockets and installed some new sockets in our older Park Slope apartment. They were extremely polite, the work product was high quality and my wife and I were very pleased with the outcome. Bonus points for their wall repair guy recommendation, Jerry, you could not tell where the wall was cut open after Jerry got done with it. I would definitely use Roman/Serafin/Conquest (and Jerry) again

Don’t ever use this company. Their employees blocked my dad with their truck from parking in my driveway saying he almost ran him over to get the spot. He then proceeded to be nasty to us. My dad is 85 years old and it’s 20 degrees outside. Horrible

Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. Besides, the crew came in and settled everything. They were professional and knowledgeable, gave us many great recommendations, were courteous, and treated the house as if it were theirs. I asked for electricity for the entire floor they gave me the amount I wrote a check, and and few days later I went to check on the house there were no electricity in the kitchen called them it was a fight but thank God I recorded all my conversation with them and I gave check. I was told the kitchen electricity won't be able to work after I show my proof it didn't takes two minutes to fixe and they told me it was going to cost an additional $1200. They really good at over charge.
