Showed up to fix toilet seal, removed it and found old seal disintegrated. Then said I have to leave now, I'll come back tomorrow to finish. The toilet was on a tarp, in the middle of our bathroom! I couldn't make this up. Instead, I said no, you need to finish today. He called, and a replacement plumber, (who was excellent) finished the same day. Quirky? I hope so.

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

I researched quite a few companies and decided to call Joe JP their service is excellent He was honest, friendly, respectful of our property and very informative. He explained everything he did, asked questions, checked various drain areas and proceeded to repair the issues. He was also efficient and quick. His level of professionalism was high. There was no charge for the estimate and they were able to start work right away. I highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

This company is a Greek tragedy. It's funny they call themselves plumbers, when I'm fairly certain that the majority of their revenue comes from taking customers to small claims court. The lady they send to small claims court is a regular apparently, and knows all the tricks. My family members unfortunately had never been to small claims before, and naively opted for mediation. The Demar lady must have been so happy as it basically meant they were going to get paid for not performing any service. Disgusting that this is allowed in America.
