Don’t ever use this company. Their employees blocked my dad with their truck from parking in my driveway saying he almost ran him over to get the spot. He then proceeded to be nasty to us. My dad is 85 years old and it’s 20 degrees outside. Horrible

Alex and his team are a Godsend and literally saved my house from possible destruction. They worked diligently to remove old and bad wiring. They did a complete rewire, 100 amp electrical service upgrade, and grounding installation and I can honestly say it feels like I'm living in a completely different home. We called Ceriello to troubleshoot a possible phase out in our building. Nick came by, assessed the problem and persisted despite running into a few dead ends. He was helpful and walked me through potential issues, connected me with people in the office, and they handled all of the communication with ConEd until my repair was complete. At the end of the day, it was a ConEd issue, for which we are being reimbursed by ConEd, but Ceriello's expertise and knowledge was invaluable.

2 Stars for how they conduct business. I called for an estimate and made an appointment. They did not show. When I called they said they forgot to write it down. We were rescheduling when he asked for the address again. I gave it to him and he said I won't do the job too hard to find parking. I gave him 2 star (instead of 1) because at least he did not waste more of my time
