Plumb & Square recently removed my old tank water heater and installed a tankless heater in my attic. Rigo and his team are responsive, professional, timely, and communicate throughout the process. The area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. They were very careful not to cause damage going up and down to the unit and in the removal of an old tank in the attic. After the install, he took the time to explain all of the features and showed me exactly what he did and why each step was taken. I have never dealt with a more professional team, and his price was very fair. Rigo takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the end product. I highly recommend that you call him for your plumbing needs.

This company was great. I had an emergency pop up on the same Saturday as the Endymion Parade. I had been up all night waiting on another plumbing company to show up, and when they did, they couldn't fix the problem and left behind a mess. Mr. Rooter showed up quickly and had everything fixed and cleaned up in no time. They were super professional and very kind. Definitely recommend.

I gave this company a call to see if they could fix a plumbing issue that I had with a bathroom vanity. Their response was quick and they showed an interest to help me out on a short notice. Roy and Troy came out, went to work, and addressed the problem even when Louisiana's weather wouldn't cooperate. Very reasonable with the price. You can't go wrong with this company. Great service

We paid over 300 hundred and we still have a leak. With a strange faucet. The plumber that came out didn’t know what kind of faucet we had on and bought this. Needed this fixed installing sprinklers.

Never came to do estimate on the job!!!!
