I had a horrible draining issue through half of my house. The plumbing was coming back up through the bath tub, shower, and toilet in the master bathroom. My technician, Mr. Dan Helms Jr. was awesome and helped me locate possible areas to remove a clog from. He provided multiple options to fit my budget and explained causes of my plumbing issues. Once the service was complete, he stayed to make sure everything was draining properly. Superb knowledge of plumbing systems and great sense of humor to lighten the mood of the wait as well. First visit was prompt and friendly. He couldn't get more than 4' down the clean out. They came back a few days later to clean the pipes in way of inspection.
It took 6 days for us to receive the inspection. Besides being pressed for time due to the inspection dead line, pipes r us shared the report with the seller and the sellers agent before us.
Even emailed them a copy.
As the buyer and the person who paid for the inspection, I find this wrong.
After talking to pipes r us, they did not care, had many excuses and gave no percentage to refund or was apologetic for their unprofessional attitude or mistake. Very rude!
There are many professional plumbers available at competitive prices.

Came to my house misdiagnosed a problem saying my Pressure tank bladder was bad .
On top of trying to disable the water before even giving the quote.
This morning I called for the quote no answer - I called another service out to repair the tank come to find out it was just waterlogged.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
