Called Harolds. Appreciated their quick response. I had a water valve that was leaking and stupidly didn't attempt to tighten it myself thinking the washers were bad within the valve. The man showed up, took a crescent wrench out and tightened the valve. It fixed the leak. I asked him what I owed and he said $50.00. I thought that was extremely high for 2 minutes worth of work. I felt that he robbed me although I should have asked his rate before he pulled into my driveway. I called the office later and they told me their standard rate charge for a service call is $50.00. No one informed me of this while I was on the phone prior to setting the appointment. Harold's plumbing may be good but they are expensive and don't inform you of their cost ahead of time. Get a clear quote before you commit to anything.

We had a plumbing issue at our home and contacted Roto Rooter. Our tech, Lester (Tech# 452) came out and completed the job that took several hours with the upmost customer service. He was excellent! He was knowledgeable and forward thinking during the entire process. We would highly recommend Roto Rooters for future work and will definitely request Lester if available. Blair Plumbing was a recommendation to me. I am glad I listened. They sent Darrell out who was polite, professional and informative. He ran into a few challenges while working on my house. He called for assistance and Mike showed up. Between the two of them, they were able to complete the repair and explained everything they found and everything they needed to do. They also pointed out a few issues we are having and offered to have someone come out to write up an estimate. I said we would look into that later. They politely excepted my answer without pressuring me but left with the knowledge that I have few minor issues.
When I am ready to tackle the minor issues, I will call Blair. I trust they will do great work at a fair price.
Lastly, I have to mention that they completed the job by cleaning up behind themselves. Darrel and Mike make a great team are great representatives of Blair Plumbing. Take the recommendation I was given and call Blair for your plumbing needs.

I had a bad experience. They were not there when I needed them. They would put me off and delay coming. I felt that they didn't want my business.

They do a good job. They will return and find the leak if they were not exactly correct on first diagnosis when lines run close to each other underground.

They came out for a water heater leak one of the contractors told me it needed to be replaced the insurance okayec as well week later came to install new water heater they told me its fine just need pressure valve changed the leak stopped but a week later ig started up again when i called i was told id have to setup a new claim and pay a new service fee and received attitude from receptionist.
