Holy Cow!! these guys are great. We have been struggling trying to find the leak in our pool since the 2016 flood. In just a short time, Jesse had found the cause of the leak and repaired it. Worth every penny!!

Whoever y’all sent to the avion apartment complex on Cleary ave needs to be fired asap. Extremely rude and unprofessional, i wouldn’t have anybody with that kind of attitude representing my company. I work for another leak detection company and due to miscommunication with the complex we both showed up to fix the pool , immediately off the bat he was rude and asked what i was even doing there , once we went into the head office the lady nicely explains where the miscommunication happened he then proceeded to storm out and tell me and my father with experience of 20+ years “Yea y’all let us know when u can’t find it” implying that we have no idea what we’re talking about , whoever this guy is needs to be held accountable for his lack of professionalism.

I called because of my hot water line which was broken and they were able to determine where the leak was. So i can have someone to make the repairs. Very thorough and explained everything.

The scheduler on the phone was very unpleasant. Maybe I caught her on an off day but she didn’t even try to be kind! Once scheduled, the guy called me on his way there (I couldn’t be at the home during test) and he was nice enough. He said I could call him when he was done to get an overview. Well, I called, and he wouldn’t answer. So…the test was done and I got an email and a $400 bill. Bottom line: the job sold itself so they didn’t seem to care enough about customer service. Another company that just doesn’t get it…

My parents used this service for a possible sewer pipe break. They had been experiencing toilet clogging issues - one time randomly flooding one side of their home. The situation boils down to the plumber and water/sewage all pointing fingers at each other. Our plumber referred us to this company. They came out quickly - understood exactly was needed and did it. They found our leak, pinpointed on video exactly where it was, and then placed the info on a flash drive to allow us to show others that needed to view it. Very professional and knowledgeable with great equipment.

called for a pool leak in March and had to wait months. young fellow arrived and made sure his money was collected. Was told leak is in the same area as 5 years ago and no warranty. well it rained a lot this past summer and wasn't able to see the leak was not patched. i did call in July and left message. when i finally got someone on line, i was identified and told NO WARRANTY for minor repairs! time to use another company for the small stuff

Jesse definitely earned his money on my pool leak. The leak was intermittent. So he had to come back 3 times. Jesse did not give up until he found the leak. He also did the repair. Highly recommended!

They do a good job. They will return and find the leak if they were not exactly correct on first diagnosis when lines run close to each other underground.

We had a major leak that we could not find on our own in the baby pool. They were able to find it and fix the previously very badly repaired leak in a matter of hours. The mess was crazy because of having to jack hammer the cement, but when they left it was so clean you could not tell they had even been there. It's been months and had to call back for a different sall leak that the big leak overpowered and wasn't detected. They came out the very next day and did an excellent job in a matter of a couple hours and no more water leaking and no more filling the pool consistently!! Thanks American Leak Detection!!!

They get a 4 star only because of a foul up in scheduling. Had I not been without running water in my home and notified, I was not I may not have cared. They made the second schedule date promptly (the next day), Technician Steven Gerace was one of the most professional and courteous individuals I have ever dealt with. He did his job quickly and very satisfactorily.

SERVICE GREAT AT REASONABLE PRICE. EVEN CAME BACK TO SITE WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO FURTHER LOCATE LEAK UNDER SLAB AFTER INITIAL EXPLORATION WAS NOT ABLE TO PINPOINT LEAK SITE. WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

Incorrect location of the leak. Replaced a good line. Cut out 2 walls for it. Will not recommend to anyone!

Nondestructive way to find your leak as apposed to the first plumber who came out and cut sheetrock on a bad guess!
